[Publib] law limiting Internet access to pornography.

One other thing you will need to keep in mind is that Michigan law regulates
minor's access to the Internet. This is in addition to the e-rate mandate.
For instance, our library filters workstations that are open to minors;
while the general adult workstations are unfiltered. Minors accompanied by a
parent can use the unfiltered workstations as  provided for in Michigan
law.
