Greetings,
I did receive one response with info and another with a request to
provide compiled info. I am new to organized computer training in a
public library setting. My employer's has been dormant due to budget
and subsequent staff reductions from a crisis dating a few years ago.
We're resurrecting what we used to do on a regular basis. Anyway,
here's what I received:

Palm Beach County Library's Guide to Mousing:

Tips for New Bloggers:

Webjunction (Surprise!)
Yes, the server that provides this List has a number of useful
resources. The link below specifically addresses patron training:

I feel that my searches through library literature databases weren't
well constructed or there isn't a lot written about the various
"how-to" aspects of computer training in a library setting. My
interests run the gamut from best practices in training to
demonstrating the ROI (return on investment) of public and staff
computer training. If anyone has any further recommendations (print
or Web), please float them my way. I'll continue on my search and
perhaps periodically update the List.
Thanks,
Suzanne
