[Publib] 3M RFID users?

Anyone out there using the new 3M (old Checkpoint) "NCP tag programming
equipment"?  We have just had 4 of these units installed.  Two failed in
the first 24 hours and now the other two have failed?  If you have had a
similar situation and have resolved it could you please contact me?  If
you have these things installed and working without any problems I would
love to hear your success story.
