[Publib] blogging policy

Hi all,

We're in the planning stages of launching our first library-wide blog,
and we're framing the project in terms of community outreach--offering a
virtual equivalent of the face-to-face interactions you'd get with staff
at the physical library building.

We'd like to give everyone the chance to contribute, not just
administrators or department heads.  However, we're definitely aware
that once something is published online, it never goes away.

Does anyone have examples of blogging policies that balance the need to
look professional with the desire to encourage as much staff buy-in as
possible? Any text you could send me would be much appreciated, but
general descriptions of the guidelines could help as well.
