calm and continuity, lakes of mental energy, neither warm nor cold, light
nor dark. The pleasure they give is steady, unorgastic, reliable, deep and
long-lasting. - Gennaine Greer

Subject: [Publib] book quotes
When we moved into our new library four years ago I had to make signs for
the end of the ranges. In our fiction area I decided to include a quote at
the top of the sign by an author whose last name would fall into that range.
Thus I have my favorite quote by Groucho Marx on the Fic Mar-Mic section
sign so that it looks like:
"Outside of a dog a book is man's best friend.
Inside of a dog it's too dark to read."
~ Grouch Marx

What's your favorite book-related quote?
I'll compile the list for anyone that want's it.
