[Publib] Books By Mail Programs

I'm interested in doing books by mail too, but also for people who just
want the convenience of home delivery and are willing to pay for it.
Anyone doing that?

I am interested in starting a "Books by Mail" program at my library for
those patrons who are physically incapable of coming into the library
itself.  I am interested in learning how other similar programs work and
if there is a way to do this at low cost.
