[Publib] College students using Public Libraries

Hello All – 
 
I apologize if this was a recent topic to the list. I tried to search the archives and it did not appear you could search by topic (I may have missed something). 
 
Well here is my question. I am a Reference & Instruction Librarian with Capella University . Capella is a completely online university. We have extensive online library resources for our learners and a staff of eleven librarians they can call or email for help, however I know they sometimes wander into public libraries for assistance. 
 
I was just wondering if you have students from our University or other institutions coming into your library and how do you help them? Do you have some suggestions or strategies that you use and could share?
