[Publib] Grant Funding for an ILS?

Is anyone aware of any grant funding that might be available to public
libraries for replacing an integrated library system?  It will be an
uphill battle for us as we are one of the libraries that did not qualify
for a Gates grant because of our demographics.  But I've been asked to
try and find funding.  Many thanks!  Sue
