[Publib] Computer Training

Greetings,
Does anyone have any quality resources that they'd be willing to 
share that deal with computer training for the public and staff? 
Suggested useful listservs, books, Web sites, and articles would be 
welcomed. I'd be willing to compile and list for the collective good.
