[Publib] car repair databases

If you have room, I would suggest keeping your print manuals. There are,
at least in my library community, many who do not have the skills needed
to use the database, nor are they interested in learning. Of course we
will help them at the desk, but many still prefer the regular print
manuals to look through themselves. This may depend on the type of
community/users you have.

We subscribe to both Ebsco Auto Repair and AllData. They each have their
pros and cons as others have already mentioned.

For you libraries that have an online auto database, do you still carry
the actual manuals also? Or has the manuals gone by the wayside?

Thanks
