[Publib] looking for a title

[Wendy Cornelisen]

A patron is trying to find the author and title of a novel she read about
two brothers who lived in a big city (New York?) and owned a big white cat
(leopard or panther?) which they used to murder people.


Anyone recognize this? I couldn't find it on Novelist.
