I agree with using software to handle computer reservations. They're
not all perfect, but better than the alternative. I've been at
libraries which have used the following:

PC Reservation - Had a few issues and glitches.
CybraryN - Like this one, don't remember having any major problems
Vendprint - Only experienced it for about a month so far, it's okay--
gets the job done.

Those are just my experiences and opinions, your mileage may vary, etc.
