[Publib] Book about the Magillicuddies in Cape Cod?

I don't know what the book is, but I've usually seen the name written as "McGillicuddy."  You might try searching that way.

Hi all.

A patron said she read a book about an eccentric elderly couple living on Cape Cod called the Magillicuddies.  I think the husband was dying.  She wanted to recommend it to a friend.  No info on the author.  I cannot find the book in our OPAC or online and no one on the staff has seen it.

Anyone have any ideas?  When are they going to come up with a plot search program...
