[Publib] Let's Talk About It grants

Our department is considering applying for a Let's Talk About It grant (ALA), 
and I would be interested in hearing about other libraries' experiences in 
applying for, receiving, and managing these grants.  Any particular 
positives/negatives that can be shared would be appreciated!
