[Publib] Budget for YA Book club

Dear Collective Experience,
    I have about ten  teens coming weekly for YA book club.  Once a month,
we discuss a common book.  Other wise we do a book related craft or library
related project, including making theme related all hangings, and sometime
movies.  We are soon moving back to a new building and I'm expecting an
increase in the number of teens attending    I would like to know what other
libraries budget for YA book clubs and how that budget is determined.
