[Publib] Atomic Clocks

We had them here but they didn't work because the walls were too thick.
We switched to wireless networked clocks.

We do.  We installed them so all the clocks would have the same time but
no-I think we have 4 scattered about and they never have the same time.
They can be up to 5 minutes apart!  Also when we switched to daylight
saving time one refused to change.
