The vendor at my grad school is Caffe Ritazza. They are open only
during the school year and have their own hours. They also do their own
maintenance of the respective location. One of their locations was in
the campus library.
The library spot was located off to the side in the vestibule. Since
eating and drinking were allowed in the library, students could get a
bite in between classes or a study break snack. (During finals, no
outside food deliveries were allowed to the library) It seemed like the
students were pretty good about cleaning up after themselves. The
janitorial staff handled the cleaning for the library.
