I have wondered if you could use background music to enhance displays?

Imagine a display table covered with cloth that went to the floor.

Underneath the table is boombox that automatically plays a tape or CD
over and over.

The boombox volume would be set so only those within 10 feet of the
table could actually hear it.

The type of music would depend on the display.

For a display of science fiction books and/or sci fi movies the boombox
would play Star Wars music or other sci fi music themes.

A display of gardening or camping books could have birds twittering.

Weather books could have white noise tapes of thunderstorms and rain.

Halloween books could have scary noise tapes.
