I just knew I should have saved my Dad's old 1950's set of Americana.  He
always claimed they were valuable.  In fact, he was highly offended when
they did not sell in my garage sale back in 1997--after all, at least some
of the information in them was still correct.  (He also was more than a
little annoyed that I refused to take them to the library--nor would my
school librarian sister-in-law take them to her elementary school!  Boy,
were we fussy!)
