[Publib] background music

Music is such a personal choice...and everyone taste is so 
different.  I personally have played music at the library during the 
holidays.  Never a complaint.  What usually happens is you can't 
decide on a type of music that will appeal to a wide audience, so you 
choose elevator music and that's not good for anyone.

Could could just take requests..but I don't know what you would do 
when Patron Bob comes and asks to listen to AC/DC.  And you know he will.
