[Publib] adult literacy

Hello.  I am a student in Dominican University's Graduate School of Library
and Information Science.   I would very much appreciate feedback on the
following:

1)  Is your library affiliated with a local adult literacy program?  If so,
in what manner?  Provide materials, meeting space, etc.

2)  How is your library's annual budget for adult literacy determined?

3)  Please describe the strengths and challenges of the local adult literacy
program.
