[Publib] Reminder about PUBLIB list archives

Well stated.....if you would be embarassed to have the contecnts of ANY 
email become public in the future, don't send it.

And from the legal arena, we should all understand that in today's 
highly electronic world, if for some reason litigation is begun for any 
reason against any kind of private or governmental organization, the 
first move that opposing attorneys will make to is to ask for ALL emails 
on the entity's file servers to be saved for evidence discovery and made 
available to plantiffs/defendents. This includes any emails transiting a 
file server even if your own private email account at yahoo.com or 
gmail.com etc. So, don't be embarassed by your own words if they surface 
in a place you never intended.
