[Publib] ALA Annaheim tips? Questions???

"My next question, is does anyone have tips on the ALA conference in
Annaheim?"

I have questions, based on the town I live in and the town I work in, vs my
experience at ALA in Orlando (the only ALA conference I've been able to
attend). What does "across the street" or "across the parking lot" mean?
Does it mean across the street of a small town, of a large city, or does it
mean 1/4 mile or more? Is it covered, is it not? Are there slopes for wheel
chairs? Is it the rainy season? Are there places that are covered and other
places that are not covered as one crosses from one hotel to another? Is a
person on crutches going to have unusual challenges? (It's somewhat
difficult for a person on crutches to hold an umbrella over his or her
head.)

I'm not attending, but from what I saw in Orlando, the answers to these
questions might be helpful if posted for attendees (and their families).
