[Publib] Netflix in libraries

Not long ago, I had asked about libraries using Netflix to supplement 
their DVD collections. I had heard about a few trying this, but I 
didn't get any responses to my query.

Via HackingNetflix.com (it's not a hacker site, it's a site that 
posts info about Netflix), is an article from Newsweek, "Sure, We've 
Got That!" about "unusual subscribers" such as libraries and even mom 
and pop video stores.
