[Publib] Meal Reimbursement

We are in the process of revising our travel reimbursement policy.  Currently, we reimburse all airfare costs, hotel accommodations, parking and/or car rental, and conference registration fees.  The only thing we do not reimburse are meals, which is what I'd like to add.  What is your library's policy on the above?  Additionally, do you open conference (ALA & PLA specifically) attendance to everyone or management staff and librarians only?  Thanks!
