The Downers Grove (Illinois) Public Library closes on New Year's Day,
the Sunday before Memorial Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Sunday before
Labor Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas
Day. Full-time staff receive 15 hours (2 days) of personal time each
year. We are open on Pulaski and King Days. My Rotary Club did have
Polish sausage and sauerkraut for lunch today, in honor of Pulaski. (Is
sauerkraut Polish?)

Subject: [Publib] Holiday Closing

Today is Casimir Pulaski Day, which is a holiday in the great state of
Illinois... 
My question is do other libraries in Illinois close for either of these
holidays, or if you're from another state, are you closed on your unique
state holidays?
