Hi Matthew -
I've used BWB at 3 different libraries now and I can't say enough good
things about them.
They are very easy to work with and the only thing the library has to do is
pack up the books - shipping boxes and cost is absorbed by BWB.

I have always used them as a way to recycle and dispose of items we've
weeded, unwanted donations, and left over book sale items. We have them
donate what would be our profit to one of their literacy partners.
In my opinion, I don't think a library would make enough to bother with
processing a check from them. But, I suppose it depends on the quality of
what you are sending them. Almost everything we send them are discards, so
they are not worth much. Also, in your case, a Friends group might
appreciate any money they can get, even if it's just a few dollars every
quarter.

Hope that helps,
Rebecca
