[Publib] Friends or Foundations - Tuition Programs

We are researching tuition programs that may be offered by Friends
groups or Foundations.  Do your fundraising groups offer a tuition
program?  For employees?  For the community?  For library school
students or anyone pursuing a degree?  Reimbursement or payment in
advance?  We're not researching tuition programs offered by the library
or operating organization - just Friends, Foundations, etc.  Thanks for
any input.
