[Publib] ADA phonebooth

Elizabeth, 

I would ditch the phone booth idea [is there privacy anymore?] and go with
one of the simple, coin-op rotary phones that are available to purchase via
the Net for a couple hundred dollars. 
Simple to use and program. Not an income producing commodity, but definitely
a much appreciated convenience. Plus it relieves staff from the requests to
use the business phone.
