[Publib] Sending "Cold" Resumes-Thanks!

As more than one person has pointed out, we've had more than our share of
bashing over the last few weeks because of a few unfortunate posts. I'd
like to commend Meg for a very good original post and thank you. It was
well thought out, well written, had some humor, and was very positive. She
will have no regrets when this lingers in the electronic eternity and any
future employer will look favorably on it. If I had a reference opening
next spring and her resume and interview matched her posts I would hire her
in a Lancaster minute (shorter than a New York one but very certain).
If we get snarky about the bad posts, and I do love snark, we should also
give praise to those who do it well, especially the students wanting to
enter our profession.
