[Publib] Fishing Poles

I met a librarian at ALA when it was in Orlando who said that her 
library checks out fishing poles. There was a grant for the stuff for 
children and no other agency would accept the responsibility. When I 
planned our new building, I kept telling our site superintendent, 
"don't forget about a place for fishing poles." So, we have a place 
for them if we ever should get any.
