[Publib] outsourcing printing

The Inglewood Public Library contracts with a company in the Los Angeles area, Quality.  They furnish supplies for both photocopy ahd computer printers.  

Our library card has a magnetic strip that borrowers can use to create a debit card.  (Separate debit cards are available for those who don't have a library card.)  We charge 10 cents a page for photocopies and printouts.  

The company pays the library a percentage of the revenue generated.  I'm not sure what that percentage is.
