It also seemed pretty broad, general and vague, like an ad, or something that 
was pulled out of a book or cut and pasted from a speech at an ALA convention, 
instead of being based on actual experience; so, if he's really looking for 
help, my suggestion would be to come up with some specific examples. Not that I 
can think of any at the moment...
