Precisely what led me to wonder if English was the first language, for Ron. Hmmm?
??    Your moderators have
1) written to Ron, asking if there is a particular question/topic we (all) can help 
him with ..and pointed out that many here feel this has been a one-way, not two 
way, "conversation."
2) set Ron's messages to moderated.  A REALLY extreme PubLib measure, that. 

Sorry if that didn't happen soon enough. OTOH...suppose Ron's posts were a test 
(just for the heckuva it ..suppose).  How did we do as patient teachers?  Hmmmm??
   Library school students are the future of our profession. Up to us elders (I'm 60 
and have been in this game for 35-yrs, last month, but you can be 26 and be an 
elder) to help, instruct, bring along, encourage, share--and learn from our future, 
too.  </grump>
