[Publib] On new board member orientation

Three questions:  1) As part of new board member orientation, is any one
including the role of board members as "advocates" at the local, state
and national levels?  2) Are there some good examples of advocacy
training for board members that could be shared?  3)Is there anyway our
office can help with encouraging more trustee involvement with federal
legislative advocacy?
