[Publib] CDHL note: minor Rock/Pop restriction

Hi, guys --

Because I'm getting so many submissions in the Rock/Pop category, it
looks like I'm going to have to institute a small restriction in order
to keep CD HotList from getting too unbalanced.  Starting with the
September issue, I'm going to ask each of you to submit no more than two
titles for Rock/Pop each month.  You're more than welcome to submit in
other categories, of course -- and remember that I'm always looking for
more Country/Folk stuff.
