5¢ for children's materials ($1.50 max)
10¢ for adult materials ($3.00 max)
25¢ for DVDs  (also $3.00 max)

Nickels and dimes are more reminders than 
penalties, though they do add up. Quarters for 
DVDs hurt a little, but we want them back so they 
can circ again. The DVD late fee is also in line with what video stores charge.
