Our library system charges $1/day for DVDs, Books-on-tape & CD, CDs, and
CD-ROMs.  We charge $.15/day for all other materials.  The maximum fine
on each item is $10.

Our library currently charges fines for overdue AV materials ($2.00
each day - maximum $10.00 per item) and .05 for overdue magazines.  We
do not charge fines for overdue books.  We are considering eliminating
all overdue fines.  The thought is that we are currently penalizing
patrons who check out a certain type of materials.

I'd like to hear about your current policies for AV fines.
