[Publib] Chalkboard paint

[Richards Free Library]

Our building is located in a Victorian House listed on the historic 
register.    In the room next to the ballroom is a teen programming 
room.  One wall is painted with chalkboard paint.  We provide chalk in 
all colors for the kids to draw on the wall. It is great.
