Hi Tom,
We have 6 Notaries on staff. The library pays the fees and buys the stamp.
 
We do not charge for this service. Last FY (July 1, 07 to June 30, 08) we offered this service at least 131 times. I say at least because that stat relies on staff remembering to log the service and I know sometimes I forget so I assume my staff does also. :-)
