We upgraded - the worst thing is the print button is not obvious as it was
in previous versions. That's probably the biggest bug bear we have had. I
held a Publisher session with the staff, and we are teaching basic Office
classes to the public.

Has your library upgraded to Office 2007? We provide Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and Publisher on our public computers, with Word having the heaviest use, as
you might expect. Word 2007 is so different from Word 2003 that we are
having second thoughts about upgrading to 2007 at this time. If you've
already taken this step, I'd like to hear how your staff and patrons are
responding to the new version, and what kind of training you've provided to
the public, if any. Or if you've decided to wait, I'd be very interested in
your thoughts on the issue. Thank you.
