[Publib] seeking conference program proposals

The Association for Rural and Small Libraries announces its annual
conference and is seeking program proposals for the conference.  Chosen
presenters will receive hotel accommodations for the conference as well
as a free membership level conference registration.    Check us out

All proposals will be reviewed by the ARSL Conference Program Committee.
Program proposals that are accepted will be expected to deliver the
program twice during the conference. Winning proposals will receive
registration (at member rate so will need to join ARSL if you have not
already) and hotel accommodations for up to three nights for one person.
There might be additional funds available for travel in special need
cases.
