[Publib] Seeking opinions about serial

My library has been approached by a man who wants to donate a
subscription to a tabloid type newspaper, the American Free Press: Your
Weekly Independent Newspaper Published on Capitol Hill. I'd like to get
an idea how many, if any of you, carry this paper, and would like to
read any opinions of it that you'd care to share. Please reply off-list.
