[Publib] Books written by authors with disabilities

I submitted a request to this group last week asking for input on books
by and about authors with disabilities.  Thank you all so much for all
of the information you sent to me.  I've been asked to put in a second
request but this time just for books written BY authors with
disabilities.  Some of the lists I received included these books.  Just
looking for more.  This list is such a wonderful resource.
