[Publib] Staff Assisting Computer-Using Patrons

I was wondering if there are any libraries out there that have a written policy in place as to how much staff assistance is given to patrons when they are using the computer.  Are there specific things that you will not help them with?  This includes when they are using a word processing program, as well as doing anything on the internet.
