Happy Friday to everyone! I am wondering if any libraries out there have
tried the "Library Magnifier Program" with the MonoMouse from Bierley
Associates, Inc. I had a person from Bierley Associates contact me recently
to discuss the program. Basically, the program seems to lend out the
electronic magnifiers (the "MonoMouse") for patrons to use. According to
Bierley, the MonoMouse magnifiers can easily hook up to a TV and will
enlarge the book text on a patron's TV screen. Libraries can apparently try
the magnifiers for 90 days to see if they have a good community/patron
response for borrowing the MonoMouse. For those who are not familiar with
the device, you can see the MonoMouse at

If you have tried this program in your library, please let me know how it
worked. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks!
