Vicki,
We have the ITG Apex self-check units with the One-time cases. I like
the cases. ITG is still working on the design for the unlockers to work
better at the self-check units. We have had much trouble with them!
But they are still working on it. I have hopes it will get better...

Subject: [Publib] Automatic unlocking DVD/CD security cases
Has anyone had experience with automatic unlocking security cases for
DVDs/CDs? We are trying to decide which self- checkout security system
to use for DVDs, (and maybe CDs).
These are the cases that unlock on a an automated unlocker once the
system detects that they have been checked out at a self-checkout.
Checkpoint has DiscMate, and Integrated Technology Group Apex AV Express
uses "One-time cases" and "Secure cases".
We want the cases that stay with the DVDs with an internal lock, and do
not have an additional tag or strip.
Thanks,
Vicki
