[Publib] Overdue notice language

I adore them. But I still get reminders, because I'm bad. I have books that
are three weeks overdue sitting on the passenger seat of my car. Not only
that, so does someone at My Place Of Work. We're librarians... oh well.
(Just don't send follow-up notices that say "You're bad!")
