[Publib] defibrillators (again?)

I just recently completed my First Aid and CPR certification, which
included the defibrilator training, and I can tell you they really are
very simple and virtually idiot-proof. They talk you step-by-step
through what to do next and tell you whether or not to give a shock, so
it is pretty hard to go wrong. Sadly no one wants me to practice on
them.... (if only we had one....)
