I went to a great keynote at Internet Librarian 2007 where Liz Lawley
explained the differences between SL and World of Warcraft (she is an
avid WoWer). Essentially WoW is far more task-focused and goal-oriented.
I tinkered with both and tend to agree.
As for the relevance to PL services -- talk amongst yourselves, I'm
verklempt :)
